Bitcoin research for the long-term thinker
I’m CryptoCon, creator of the Bitcoin Data Newsletter. I use cycle research, on-chain data, technical analysis, and investor psychology to understand Bitcoin’s larger moves.
I care about the decisions that matter over a full cycle: recognizing opportunity, understanding when conditions become stretched, and having the patience to follow the evidence as it develops.
This newsletter is where I share the reasoning behind my view, the charts I’m watching, and the evidence that could change my mind.
What you can read for free
The free newsletter includes selected Bitcoin analysis, video updates, and writing on the psychology of long-term investing. You can also follow the free CryptoCon Updates Telegram channel.

How I got here
I first became interested in Bitcoin in 2018. That interest became a sustained study of market cycles and the data behind them. Along the way, I developed models including the November 28th Cycles Theory, Halving Cycles Theory, BitTime, and Magic Bands.
The archive records how my thinking developed at the time. You can explore the collections around April 2021, the 2022–2023 lows, and August 2025. For a later reflection, read My Time in Cycle 4.
Those are historical records of my research and decisions. They let you examine the original reasoning; they do not establish what the next cycle must do.
Where to begin
Watch the latest free update, or start with the latest Premium issue if you are already a member. Use the Data Library for a specific research question and Premium Charts to find a recent chart.
Chart availability: some older TradingView resources are being updated following the removal of BLX. Check the Data Library maintenance notice and the latest date on each chart. TradingView is a separate service; its plan requirements depend on the layout and features you want to use.
